Pictanima ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Calculo Software, provides the Pictanima mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user privacy and data security.
We believe in complete privacy transparency. Pictanima does not collect, store, track, or share any personal data, usage metrics, or device identifiers.
The App does not require user accounts, registration, or profiles. We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
To enable the Creator Mode (Photo-to-Sketch conversion), the App requires access to your device’s camera and photo gallery:
All image processing is performed entirely locally on your device. Your personal photos, camera feeds, and generated sketches are never uploaded to our servers, nor are they accessible by us or any third party.
The App may fetch dynamic coloring categories and sketches from our cloud databases to update available content. This communication is strictly a pull request for assets; no user data, IP addresses, or device data is logged or retained during this process. Any coloring progress or cached content remains saved strictly on your local device.
Pictanima is completely ad-free and does not use any third-party analytics or user tracking software. We do not use Google AdMob or any other advertising networks, and we do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
Because we do not collect any information from you, we have no data to share, sell, or trade with third parties. We do not disclose any information unless required by law in response to a valid legal process.
We are committed to securing your experience. Because all of your creative work and photo processing take place entirely on your physical device, your data is protected by your device's native operating system security features.
Pictanima is designed to be family-friendly and is safe for creators of all ages. Because the App does not collect any data from any user, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our App or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
